Hello and Welcome!

At Mindset Solutions Counselling, I assist adults in finding their path amidst life’s changes. Whether it’s relationships, careers, self-discovery, or coping with anxiety, depression, and stress, my practice is here to help. I specialize in helping people navigate change, whether that be becoming parents, empty nesters, grief and loss or relationship changes.

I am a Registered Psychologist with CAP with a Master’s in Counselling Psychology. I apply a biopsychosocial perspective and theories like solutions-focused, narrative therapy, internal family systems, and person-centred.

Mental health is vital for self-care. I aim to provide a safe, supportive environment to unload daily burdens and discover strategies for a better tomorrow.

In addition to counselling, I contribute to the global understanding of psychology through academic writing. Check out my works on Adlerian Psychotherapy and Naturalistic Child Observation.
